영국의 클래시컬-팝 밴드, Clean Bindit이 최근에 공개한 싱글이다.

미국 싱어송라이터 Julia Michaels가 함께한 I Miss You.

요즘 필자가 자주 듣고 있는 음악이기도 한데

솔직히 말하자면 처음 나왔을 당시만 해도 심포니보다 '기대이하'라고 생각했다.

하지만 어느새 이 노래에 꽃혀서 생각날 때마다 자주 듣곤 한다.

장르는 일렉트로팝? 사실 필자도 잘 모르지만 이게 맞을 것이다.

개인적으로 줄리아 마이클스의 음색이 참으로 곱고 이쁘다.

클린 밴딧의 클래시컬한 사운드도 귀에 들어오지만

유난히 감미로운 줄리아의 음색이 귀에들어와서 필자의 마음을 촉촉히 적셔준다.

이 노래에 꽂히게 된 이유도 아마 줄리아의 목소리 때문이 아닐까 생각한다.

이번 클린 밴딧의 싱글도 클래식과 일렉트로닉의 적절한 조화를 보여주었다.

그래도 Symphony가 너무 넘사벽이라 그런지 약간의 아쉬움은 존재한다.

심포니는 노래도 그렇지만 '뮤직비디오'가 넘 슬퍼서... ;-;

필자는 뮤비를 보고 난 후의 여운이 아직도 가시지 않는다.

I miss you가 명곡이라면 Symphony는 우주명곡.
