영국인 가수/싱어송라이터 Rita Ora, 그녀가 최근에 발매한 신곡이다.

사실 최근이라 하기엔 이미 한참 전에 나왔지만...그래도 여전히 즐겨 듣는 갓갓 팝송이다.

여태까지 리타 오라의 노래는 I Will Never Let You Down을 제일 좋아했던 필자에게

신선한 충격을 줬던 곡이 바로 이 Your Song이라는 노래다.

진짜 들으면서 느끼는 거지만 이 노래는 비트랑 멜로디를 너무 잘 찍은 것 같다.

필자는 몇달 전에 카페에서 이 노래를 처음 들었는데

처음 듣는 순간 인트로부터 흘러나오는 사운드가 필자의 귀를 사로잡았다.

노래 구성이 되게 단순한데도 불구하고 멜로디 라인이 너무나 중독적이다.

이 노래의 뒷이야기를 살펴보면 '에드 시런'과 함께 작업했다는 얘기가 있다.

1:53초부터 자세히 들어보면 에드 시런의 목소리가 자그막히 나오는 걸 들을 수 있는데

개인적으로 이 부분이 가장 마음에 들고 좋았던 부분이다.
