미국 텍사스 주 출신의 일렉트로니카 프로듀서가 작곡한 음악.

헤드폰을 낀 고양이의 앨범 아트를 보고 이미 눈치챘겠지만

캐나다 레이블인 몬스터캣(Monstercat)에서 릴리즈 되었다.

노래 장르는 인디 댄스(Indie Dance).

몇년 전에 몬캣 채널에서 우연히 발견하고 관심을 가졌던 곡이다.

일단 전체적으로 노래 자체가 굉장히 특이하며

사운드나 멜로디를 하나씩 뜯어보면 뭔가 모호하다는 느낌을 받을 수 있다.

처음 이 노래를 접했을 땐 노래가 살작 난해하다는 생각이 들었으나

시간이 지날수록 그 난해한 스타일에 물들어가게 된다.

사실 이런 노래는 듣는 사람에 따라 지루할 수도 있지만

이 음악은 지루하다기보다는 독특하다는 말이 더 어울린다고 생각한다.
