Future House Music 채널에서 올라온 영국 프로듀서, Ellis의 음악.

에드 시런의 유명한 팝송 Sharp of You를 EDM으로 재해석하였다.

노래 장르는 당연히 퓨처 하우스(Future House).

원곡이 워낙 유명하기 때문에 세계 수많은 아티스트들이 에드 시런의 노래를 리믹스하거나 커버하였다.

유튜브나 다른 외국 사이트로 가면 이런 리믹스 음악들을 많이 찾아볼 수 있는데

개인적으로 Sharp of You의 리믹스 노래들 중에서는 Ellis가 리믹스한 버전이 단연 최고라고 생각한다.

물론 이 말은 퓨처 하우스를 좋아하는 필자의 개인적인 마음이 포함되어 있지만

아름다운 피아노 위에 세련된 비트와 사운드를 들어보면

필자가 왜 이렇게 말을 하는지 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

노래가 전체적으로 원곡보다 눈에 띄게 빨라져서

애드 시런의 목소리가 마치 랩을 하는 듯한 착각을 들게 하지만

비트가 빠르기 때문에 노래가 더 많이 신나고 흥겨운 것 같다.

필자에게는 원곡보다 더 사랑하는 음악ㅎㅎ

여담으로 필자가 이 리믹스 곡을 알게된 계기는

한 유튜버가 이 곡을 런치패드로 커버하는 영상을 접하고 나서 부터이다.

바로 아래에 있는 동영상을 보면 알겠지만

듣는 맛 뿐만 아니라 보는 맛도 쏠쏠한 것 같다.

시간이 여유있다면 영상도 같이 감상하는걸 추천 :)
