EDM 프로듀서 겸 DJ로 활동하고 있는 ATB의 신곡이다.

장르는 프로그레시브 트랜스(Progressive Trance).

근데 신곡이라 하기에는 그렇고, 그냥 기존에 있던 곡을 다시 재탕해서 내놓은 것 뿐이다.

참고로 'Never Without You'는 몇달 전 4월 27일에 발매했던 정규 앨범 neXt의 수록곡인데

필자가 소개하고 있는 이 음악은 최근에 따로 "싱글컷"을 하여 발매한 버전이다.

그래서 정규 앨범에 수록된 버전과 이번에 나온 싱글컷 버전을 비교해서 들어보면

곡의 전체적인 길이나 전개 방식, 사운드가 살짝 바뀐 것을 알 수 있다.

위 동영상은 앞서 말했던 '정규 앨범에 수록된 버전'이다.

기존에 있던 버전에서 느낄 수 있는 웅장하고 넓은 분위기를 좋아했지만

이번에 나온 싱글컷 버전은 그런 분위기가 살짝 약해진 느낌이 든다.

그래도 편안한 기분을 주는 칠아웃 분위기와 멜로디는 정말 최고 :)

개인적으로 기존 앨범 버전에 비하면 아쉬움이 살짝 남는다.
