미국 콜로라도 주 출신 DJ 듀오의 신곡이자

오는 7월 14일에 발매될 Breathe Carolina의 신 앨범 "Coma"의 선공개곡이다.

현재 아이튠즈에 등록된 앨범을 보면 발매예정일이 7월 14일로 되어 있다.

아직까지는 Glue와 This Again만 공개된 상태지만

7월 14일 이후에는 앨범에 수록된 모든 트랙을 들을 수 있을 것이다.

Glue에 이어 이번에 공개된 노래는 퓨처 베이스.

개인적으로 Glue는 필자의 취향하고는 거리가 멀어서 조금 실망했지만

이번에 나온 곡은 그나마 전보다 괜찮은 것 같다.

드랍 구간은 살짝 귀가 아프긴 하지만 왠지 모를 중독성이 느껴진다.

Breathe Carolina는 원래 프로그 하우스를 주로 다뤘지만

최근에는 다양한 스타일을 시도하는 모습을 보이고 있다.

현재 일렉씬에서 대세로 꼽히는 퓨처 베이스에도 손을 대시다니..

알다시피 퓨처 베이스는 이미 일렉 시장에서 무더기로 양산되고 있는 장르라서

리스너들의 평은 그렇게 좋진 않다. 유튜브 댓글란에 베스트 코멘트만 봐도

얼마나 많은 사람들이 퓨베를 싫어하는지 알 수 있을 것이다..ㅋㅋ

아무튼 장르가 퓨베라서 호불호가 조금 갈리는 곡이지만 개인적으로는 만족한다.
