네덜란드 출신 DJ, MOTi의 노래 중 하나인 The Game의 리믹스 버전.

노래 제목 뒤에 VIP Mix라는 용어가 붙어있는데

이 용어에 대하여 아주 심플하게 설명해보자면

'작곡가 본인이 자신의 노래를 직접 리믹스하였다~'라는 뜻이다.

즉, 이 노래는 원래 있던 곡을 작곡가인 MOTi가 다시 리믹스한 곡이라는 것.

오리지널 곡은 '누 디스코', 전체적으로 디스코 스타일에 가깝지만

VIP Mix에서는 아예 그보다 빠른 퓨처 하우스로 바꿔놓았다.

원곡이 옛날 7~80년대 디스코 감성을 간직한 노래라면

VIP 믹스는 빠른 템포를 중심으로 흘러나오는 현대적인 신스가 특징.

필자는 디스코라는 장르를 싫어하진 않지만

퓨처 하우스를 너무나도 좋아하는 1人이기 때문에

개인적으로는 원곡보다 VIP믹스 버전이 더 마음에 든다 :)
